Job Description

You will be the Head of Interiors reporting to the Principal Architect in a full-time, on-site role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responsible for design & development of interior projects - Ensuring timely delivery of design projects - Handling clients regarding project deliverables - Managing the interior design team - Conducting presentations for clients and stakeholders To be eligible for this role, you should have: - Minimum 10 years of experience in delivering architecture projects - Proficiency in interior project delivery, team and consultant management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Awareness of the interiors ecosystem - Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Sound understanding of interior design principles, materials, and technologies - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards - Bachelor's or Master's degree from an international institution preferred You will be required to work full-time, with alternate Saturdays working. Travel as per project requirements will be arranged or reimbursed by the office. Additionally, food will be provided at the work location.,
