Manager :Engineering Coordination Division: Engineering Location: Divisional Offices (Extensive travel to project sites required) Experience: 15+ Years Openings: 1 Employment Type: Full-time, New Position Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to lead and coordinate all aspects of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design and engineering for high-rise residential and commercial building projects, preferably under PMAY/SRA schemes in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering design packages on schedule. Key Responsibilities Consultant Management: Oversee, coordinate, and guide architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design consultants throughout all project phases. Design Review & Alignment: Ensure all design outputs meet client requirements, statutory regulations, and constructability standards. Regulatory Compliance: Well-versed in obtaining and managing NOCs and clearances (Fire, Environmental, RERA, MCGM, MMRDA, ULBs, etc.) for high-rise development projects. Project Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of design and engineering packages during both proposal and execution stages. Documentation & Communication: Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and communication channels among all stakeholders. Site Visits: Willingness and ability to travel extensively to project sites across Maharashtra. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Experience: Minimum 15 years in engineering coordination, project execution, or technical planning for large-scale building projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Familiarity with MS Project/Primavera Deep understanding of design drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation Soft Skills: Excellent coordination and leadership abilities Strong written and verbal communication Meticulous attention to detail and documentation Preferred Background Experience with high-rise residential/commercial projects under PMAY/SRA in Maharashtra. Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of design, engineering, and regulatory processes for large-scale developments.
