DGM - Design (Architect)

You will be responsible for designing strategy, project planning, liaising, and obtaining approvals for residential, commercial, industrial, and landscaping projects in MMR. Your key operational deliverables will include planning and overseeing projects from the drawing board to the construction stage, ensuring compliance with company standards in design drawings, documents, and specifications. Your role will involve conducting initial project feasibility studies, concept design, and schematic reviews. You will collaborate with design consultants to validate design drawings and other specifications. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and consultants such as structural consultants, MEP consultants, parking specialists, landscape architects, and greenfield consultants. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop templates for standardizing design and drawings, encompassing elements like material lists, parameters for cost-effective projects, specifications, and design parameters. You will also be tasked with preparing and submitting approval documents and drawings for various NOCs and providing certification and data for RERA compliance. Furthermore, you will be expected to assess the impact of design changes from a regulatory and statutory perspective in conjunction with the Liaison team. Conducting market studies on competitor projects to gain insights into industry norms and trends will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.Arch/M.Arch degree with over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial spaces. A comprehensive understanding of local by-laws and regulatory requirements is essential, along with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.,
