This role is for a Program Manager in India with a focus on executing new product launches both in India and globally as required. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing New Product Development projects and Migration Projects. You will lead cross-functional teams through the development of project timelines and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve driving various teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time completion of pre-production and pilot builds for NPD projects. You will be required to develop and manage project budgets, guide the team to meet cost targets, and provide support during Concept Review and Design Review processes.
