Role & Responsibilities

Manage showroom sales team and achieve monthly targets
Handle lead follow-up, test drives, demos, and deal closure
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance & RTO for smooth delivery
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues
Track market trends and competitor offers
Ensure DMS/CRM updates and team training

Preferred Candidate Profile

4-10 years experience in
4-wheeler automobile sales
Experience in any reputed 4-wheeler dealership preferred
Strong communication, negotiation & team-handling skills
CRM/DMS proficiency and customer-focused approach
