As a Pedagogy Researcher at Zoodle Kid, you will collaborate with our curriculum experts to contribute to the creation of evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and culturally inclusive content for children aged 0-6 years. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, synthesising academic insights, mapping developmental milestones, and ensuring pedagogical integrity across our curriculum framework. You will actively support the development of age-wise milestone maps, review early childhood literature and policy documents for curriculum alignment, create internal reference briefs, and maintain a digital pedagogy library with updated research. Furthermore, you will work closely with curriculum leads to identify content gaps and ensure that all activities adhere to Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP). Your role will also involve assisting in the preparation of culturally sensitive guidelines for content creation and integrating research-based improvements based on pilot program feedback. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education, Developmental Psychology, Education Policy, Child Development, or a related field. Strong research and academic writing skills are essential, along with familiarity with global early learning frameworks and the ability to translate psychology and neuroscience insights into practical guidelines. Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, and referencing tools is required, and prior experience in education research or ECCE content is preferred. Candidates with a passion for play-based learning, multilingual education, and inclusive pedagogy will thrive in this role. An interest in Indian cultural learning practices, along with a collaborative and curious mindset towards new educational approaches, is highly desirable.
