With multiple monetization channels in place, we are now looking to scale up revenue, partnerships, and brand collaborations. We are seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to lead the charge in driving revenue, building business alliances, and growing the company’s user and client base. Role Overview: As a Business Development Specialist at HitFame, you will be responsible for driving the platform’s business growth by securing partnerships, converting high-value leads, and expanding revenue-generating opportunities. You’ll play a key role in shaping the company's commercial success across B2B and B2C channels, especially in the entertainment and creator economy space. Key Responsibilities: 🚀 Business Growth & Revenue Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities across agencies, brands, casting companies, production houses, and creators Drive sales of Premium Packages , Lead Packages , and other monetized offerings on the HitFame platform Build and manage a robust sales funnel and pipeline to achieve monthly revenue targets Strategically close high-value leads through consultative selling and solution-driven pitches 🤝 Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations Identify and execute brand tie-ups, influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and institutional partnerships Work closely with marketing and operations to create partnership campaigns and co-branded activities 📲 User Acquisition & App Growth Work with the growth team to increase app downloads , retention , and paid user conversions Explore and implement user acquisition strategies through collaboration with talent hubs, media schools, and digital communities 🧩 Team Leadership & Coordination Assist in recruiting, training, and leading a small team of junior sales or BD executives Coordinate between departments (marketing, sales, tech, and product) to ensure alignment with growth goals 📊 Market Intelligence & Reporting Analyze competitive landscape, industry trends, and audience behavior to refine BD strategy Create reports and dashboards on revenue, leads, and deal progress for leadership review Key Requirements: 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships (experience in digital media or entertainment domain preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Strong understanding of monetization models , especially for platforms in talent, creator, or media ecosystems Experience working with B2B clients (agencies, casting companies, brands) and B2C customers (talent, artists, influencers) Prior experience with digital sales, platform-based premium product sales, or talent collaboration is a major plus Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive measurable results Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and performance tracking Strong network in the entertainment, media, or influencer ecosystem will be a strong advantage Why Join HitFame?
