Role Description

As part of our Business Development & Tendering team, you'll be responsible for managing the entire tendering process from opportunity identification to final submission. You'll play a key role in driving growth by ensuring BetterDrones participates in the right projects, with precise documentation and strong follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, analyze, and evaluate relevant government and private tenders through platforms such as GeM, CPP, and other e-procurement portals.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, and operations) for required documents and approvals.
• Maintain proper documentation and handle tender-related communication, clarifications, and follow-ups with clients or departments.
• Track bid status, submission deadlines, and tender outcomes.
• Stay updated on government policies, portal updates, and industry opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or business development - ideally in drone, transmission, sub-station, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of tender documentation, compliance, and submission procedures.
• Familiarity with GeM, CPP, and other e-procurement portals.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF editing tools, etc.) and attention to detail.
