Junior IT Sales & Bidding Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through online bidding platforms.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and responses to client requirements.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable IT solutions.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and client communications via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Maintain CRM records and track bid status, conversions, and client interactions.
• Assist in IT sales activities including market research and competitor analysis.
• Support senior sales team in closing deals and maintaining client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience

  in IT sales, bidding, or business development (internships accepted).
• Familiarity with online bidding portals and freelance marketplaces.
• Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, Software, Mobile Apps, Digital Solutions, etc.).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with LinkedIn lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Understanding of proposal writing and pricing strategies.
