This role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our applications through hands-on automation, strategic test planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile applications using tools such as Selenium and Appium . Design and execute automated tests for APIs and integration points, ensuring comprehensive coverage and robust validation of backend services. Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation plans that align with business goals. Lead initiatives to improve test coverage, reduce manual testing effort, and accelerate the release cycle through effective automation strategies. Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and provide clear, actionable feedback to engineering teams. Maintain thorough documentation of test frameworks, processes, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding. Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes.
