Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • PowerBI Intermediate/advanced
  • API connections and integrations
  • Intermediate/advanced coding/scripting skills, especially database query languages SQL
  • Microsoft Excel Basic/intermediate (ability to do vlookups and other functions, VBA a plus)
  • QA and testing experience
  • Basic understanding of data engineering 
  • 1010data product - Consumer Insights Platform (retail reporting suite)
  • 1010data product - Platform functionality
  • 1010data product - APIs and Technical Interfaces
  • 1010data product – 1010data Macrolanguage
  • Retail data analytics, working with large datasets
  • IT troubleshooting skills – Intermediate/advanced (understanding of browser functionality, software installation, understanding of network connectivity, etc.)
  • Customer support soft skills / Communication Skills
  • Database fundamentals (including some experience in db query language such as SQL, Oracle)
  • XML – Basic/intermediate
  • PowerShell

This job role is to support Product which are implemented across US, EU, Asia and many other parts of the world.
