As a Customer Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our manufacturing clients by providing technical and operational support for our software solutions. You will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving issues, and helping them maximize the value of our solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with the onboarding and implementation of manufacturing software solutions. Provide real-time support and guidance to resolve customer queries effectively.
