Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in IT

leadership, specializing in Professional Services, SaaS Delivery, and Client Success within the retail

sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing teams, driving service

delivery, and aligning operational strategies with business growth. This role requires proficiency

in resource optimization, risk mitigation, and achieving high client satisfaction rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery (Retail SaaS):

* Lead the management of SaaS implementation projects for global retail clients, ensuring

timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

* Implement strategic project planning, performance assessment, and stakeholder

communication frameworks in complex retail environments.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

* Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a cooperative environment

and continuous improvement culture.

* Optimize team onboarding processes through development and implementation of

tailored training programs.

Strategic Resource Management:

* Execute resource allocation strategies across multiple retail SaaS projects to enhance

team utilization and maintain project quality.

* Manage balanced workloads and efficient resource deployment within dynamic retail

landscapes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

* Collaborate with diverse retail stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements,

and manage expectations.

* Apply in-depth understanding of retail processes to anticipate challenges and develop

effective solutions tailored to industry needs.

Knowledge Base Enhancement:

* Cross-Team Knowledge Transfers: Facilitate cross-team knowledge transfers to

enhance collaboration and ensure successful data migration and onboarding to target

retail systems.

* Proactive Software Version Upgrades: Implement proactive strategies for software

version upgrades, scheduling regular knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to keep teams

informed and prepared for changes.

* Enhancing Documentation: Create thorough knowledge bases and documentation to

support the team in managing day-to-day bug tracking and overseeing the production

deployment process.

Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in Computer Applications or bachelor’s degree in computer science.

* 15+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS delivery, and client success in retail

and cloud solutions.

* Proven ability to manage teams and optimize resource utilization.

* Strong understanding of retail business processes and expertise in stakeholder

collaboration.

* Technical proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms such as Snowflake

and Azure.

* Experience with big data technologies like Databricks and Spark, and expertise in SQL

Server and Azure SQL.

* Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex data-related issues during retail system

implementations.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
