Job Description

HR Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations such as attendance, leave management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
  • Support basic office administration tasks, including coordination with vendors, office supplies, and facility management.
  • Assist in policy implementation, performance review processes, and HR documentation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 year of relevant experience in HR and Admin roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of HR software/tools and MS Office.
  • Exposure to the Power, Utility, GIS, or Drone Industry is a plus.
