The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and compliance, attendance processing, contributing to a smooth and efficient HR function. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats. Support the on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including orientation sessions and exit interviews. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, HR policies, and disciplinary notices. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner. Assist in organizing company events, employee training programs, and health and safety initiatives. Track attendance and leave records; support payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with local labour laws, industry regulations, and internal policies. Assist with audits, internal reporting, and HR projects as needed. Qualifications: B.Com. (HRM), BBA (HR), B.Com., BBA. 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry. Basic knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment. Familiarity with compliance standards such as FDA, OSHA, or ISO. Multingual (English/Gujarati/Hindi) is a plus.
