Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and compliance, attendance processing, contributing to a smooth and efficient HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
• Support the on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including orientation sessions and exit interviews.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, HR policies, and disciplinary notices.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in organizing company events, employee training programs, and health and safety initiatives.
• Track attendance and leave records; support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist with audits, internal reporting, and HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• B.Com. (HRM), BBA (HR), B.Com., BBA.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry.
• Basic knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as FDA, OSHA, or ISO.
• Multingual (English/Gujarati/Hindi) is a plus.
