Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant in our company, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing filing systems, preparing HR documents, maintaining Time Office Reports, and overseeing Stationery management. - Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining and updating employee records, both in digital and physical files. - Assisting in the on-boarding process for new hires and completing required joining formalities. - Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. Qualifications required for this role: - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
