Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability building.
  • Administer compensation and benefits processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Ensure statutory and HR compliance across all HR functions in alignment with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits by preparing documentation, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring zero deviations.
  • Maintain and update HR data using HRIS tools such as Zoho HRMS and Excel.
  • Prepare timely HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support for smooth HR operations and employee services.
