We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Assistant ( fresher ) to join our Human Resource team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR operations including documentation, recruitment support, and employee engagement activities
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes
• Support the team in organizing training sessions and internal events
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

• Must be a local resident of Shillong
• Recent graduate or fresher in HR or a related field
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Quick learner with a strong willingness to grow and adapt
• Highly active, energetic, and a team player
• Strong communication and organizational skills
