Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Executive/Lead to join our resort team in Kaziranga . The ideal candidate must have solid experience and knowledge in handling PF & ESIC operations , employee relations, attendance management, and general HR responsibilities. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related matters at the resort and will play a key role in creating a positive and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities: PF & ESIC Compliance and Support Manage PF and ESIC returns on time and with 100% accuracy. Handle all employee PF/ESIC related queries including: New employee addition and nomination update in PF & ESIC portals. Help employees in withdrawing , transferring PF, and claiming ESIC benefits . Maintain effective liaison with local PF and ESIC offices for compliance and employee support. Maintain documentation and ensure 100% statutory compliance in PF & ESIC. Employee Attendance and Records Maintain and monitor daily attendance records , leave balances, and shift rosters. Coordinate with HODs to ensure timely update and accuracy in attendance systems. Prepare and share monthly attendance reports for payroll processing. Employee Engagement and Office Management Handle all employee lifecycle activities: Onboarding, Induction, Exit Formalities . Address day-to-day employee queries , grievances, and escalate issues when required. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities , festivals, celebrations, and welfare initiatives. Ensure smooth functioning of HR and administrative operations at the resort. Maintain office discipline, cleanliness, and a positive work atmosphere. General HR Operations Maintain updated employee files and HRIS system. Coordinate with the corporate HR team for payroll and compliance matters. Assist in recruitment for resort positions as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field / B.com 3+ years of experience in handling PF/ESIC , preferably in a standalone HR role. Strong knowledge of PF/ESIC rules, online portals , and liaisoning with government departments. Excellent communication in English, Hindi , and local Assamese preferred. Ability to work independently in a resort setting with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
