Job Description

HR Executive Manufacturing Industry/Automotive Sector

Location:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
job posting, screening, interviews, and on boarding.
Manage
manpower planning
, contract labor, and statutory compliance.
Drive
employee engagement
initiatives and grievance handling.
Maintain
HR records, attendance, payroll inputs
, and HRMS data.
Implement and monitor
KRA/KPI-based performance appraisals
.
Ensure compliance with
PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act
.
Coordinate with
EHS
for safety, training, and welfare facilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
MBA / PGDM in HR
Experience:

Executive Level:
2-5 years in HR operations.
Manager Level:
7-12 years in HR, preferably in
manufacturing / automotive sector
.

Strong knowledge of
labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal & conflict resolution skills.
Ability to handle
plant-level HR independently
.
