Role & responsibilities Learning & Development (L&D) Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads to identify capability gaps Design and implement structured onboarding and induction programs for new joiners Plan, coordinate, and execute technical, behavioural, and leadership development training programs Create and maintain training calendars, schedules, and learning roadmaps Coordinate with external trainers and internal SMEs for seamless training delivery Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, presentations, and learning modules Track training attendance, participation, and learning progress Collect and analyze post-training feedback and measure training effectiveness (pre & post assessments) Prepare monthly L&D MIS reports for management review Support implementation of digital learning tools and LMS platforms Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement activities (events, festivals, celebrations, team building) Handle internal communication and employee connect activities Conduct engagement surveys and collect feedback Support HR initiatives for building strong work culture Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior & mid-level roles Screen resumes and coordinate interviews Schedule interviews with hiring managers Conduct HR screening & candidate follow-ups Prepare offer letters and support onboarding Maintain recruitment trackers & reports Required Skills Good communication & coordination skills Knowledge of recruitment process Interest in employee engagement & training MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint Strong follow-up & execution skills Preferred candidate profile Experience: 0 to 3 Years Qualification: MBA / MSW / PGDM (HR) Language : Kannada, English
