Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop precise job descriptions
  • Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the interview and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Perform reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in recruiting practices and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires as needed.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reporting to HR and hiring managers.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
