Role & responsibilities Completing the walk-in client registration forms. Escorting clients to the designated waiting lounge or area. Assigning a sales manager on a rotational basis, as approved by the site head. Managing the inventory of pantry supplies and stationery. Assisting walk-in clients at project sites. Ensuring timely and accurate assistance to clients regarding project details. Providing clients with complete and correct information, either in writing or in person, in a prompt manner. Maintaining updates on customer inquiries and requests. Managing and updating the customer database and MIS (Management Information System). Overseeing basic housekeeping activities. Coordinating arrangements for tea/coffee for guests and walk-in clients.

Attending to all clients, briefing them in detail about the project and apartment.Provide information about properties, market trends, and other relevant details.Understanding their requirements and handling their queries related to the property.Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.Stay informed about the market, property values, and industry trends.Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.Highlight the unique selling points of properties and address client concerns.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients.Follow up with leads to nurture long-term connections and foster repeat business.Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the company's CRM system.Generate reports and analyse data to track sales performance.Work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing and customer service departments.Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and team goals.Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve service and offerings.Adjust sales strategies based on feedback and market conditions.
