JD for Sales Manager: Work Location : Pune West Location Salary Range: 8.5 to 9 LPA+ (Incentives) Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Assist the customers with organisation, project & product details; provide insights, USPs & specifications of the designated project. Helping customers to shortlist inventory available in the project. Assist the customer during site visits, analysis and recommendations about the project to the customer. Assist the customers in finalising & negotiating apartments. Consult customers about different financing options devise custom solutions that are best for the customer's portfolio. Building relations with channel partners & assisting their customers. Ensure complete customer servicing: documentation, follow-ups, coordination. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals. Lead and manage the sales team, training, and performance monitoring; help the team close the deals with the customers. Setting up the overall team and individual targets, aligning them with the company's objectives. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the senior management. Manage the sales budget efficiently, ensuring that resources are used effectively to achieve sales targets. Continuously train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Participate in negotiations for high-value or complex deals, providing guidance to the sales team as needed. Evaluate the performance of the sales team against targets and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and maintaining quality service delivery. Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards. Build and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry to identify potential business opportunities. Stay updated on the latest technological tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and enhance team productivity. Generate regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market trends for the senior management team.
