Responsibility: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth in alignment with company objectives. Monitor market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly. Sales Target Management: Set clear sales targets for your team and hold them accountable for meeting or exceeding quotas. Track and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Act as the point of contact for high-profile accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term business relationships. Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management on team performance, market trends, and potential business opportunities. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve results. Essential: Experience: 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to inspire and manage a team effectively. Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Experience with B2B sales or industry-specific sales techniques is preferred. Preferred: Industry Experience: Experience in Tech industry cyber security or familiarity with the products/services your company offers is a plus.
