Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate selection. Handle new-hire onboarding, induction, and orientation processes. Maintain candidate and employee databases systematically. 2. HR Administration & ComplianceMaintain employee records, contracts, and HR-related documents. Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain attendance/leave trackers. Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently and updated as needed. Handle employee grievances and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters. 3. Employee Engagement & PerformanceAssist in implementing performance evaluation processes. Support engagement initiatives, motivation programs, and communication between departments. Track attendance, punctuality, and leave balances. 4. Operations SupportAssist operations in coordinating with writers, reviewers, and freelancers for project workflows. Support in payment follow-ups, invoice submissions, and auditing documentation. Prepare monthly HR & Operations reports for management review. 5. Coordination & ReportingAct as the link between HR, Operations, and Administration teams. Maintain proper communication between staff and management. Prepare MIS reports related to HR and Operations. Required Qualifications & SkillsMBA (HR) or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. 1–3 years of experience in HR or Operations (preferably in service industry or academic sector). Excellent communication, coordination, and people-handling skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic HR software tools.
