Social Media Manager

Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms, managing the marketing team, and working closely with the sales team to drive qualified leads and build brand visibility in the academic and healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement 30/60/90-day marketing plans aligned with company goals Manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube) Supervise content creation (posts, reels, videos, brochures, emailers) Lead the marketing team (content writers, designers, video editors, social media managers) Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality lead flow and conversion support Track and report campaign KPIs (lead count, ROI, engagement rate, reach, etc.) Plan and execute franchise marketing campaigns and collaboration strategies Conduct competitor research and suggest innovative marketing techniques Oversee the creation of landing pages, lead magnets, and automation flows Required Skills & Experience:3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education, publishing, or healthcare domain Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Strong command over content strategy, branding, and social media growth Experience in leading a marketing team and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Proficient in tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Canva, and reporting dashboards Basic understanding of SEO, CRM systems, and funnel building Strong communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta preferred)
