Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location:Pune
Experience Required: 2–3 years

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to handle our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have strong content instincts, understand audience engagement, and be able to manage campaigns from ideation to analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media calendars across all major platforms.
Write and review captions, hooks, ad copies, and scripts in line with the brand tone.
Manage post scheduling, community engagement, and DMs/comments.
Collaborate with the design and video teams for creative briefs and campaign ideas.
Work closely with the marketing team for paid ad creatives and content direction.
Track content performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with insights.
Identify trends, reels, and viral formats suitable for brand adaptation.
Assist in shoot planning, influencer coordination, and basic ad boosting.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience managing brand or agency social media accounts.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn ecosystems.
Good command over content writing, reels ideation, and basic ad setup.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and creative thinking skills.
