About Us: Dr. Mariea’s Publication and Research International Pvt. Ltd. is a leading academic and research publication company specializing in high-quality manuscript editing, journal publication support, systematic reviews, and academic project consultations. Job Summary: The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, coordinating between departments, ensuring the timely completion of client projects, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage workflow between marketing, sales, writers, and quality control teams. Allocate tasks to writers/freelancers and monitor project progress at different stages. Maintain client communication, update them on progress, and ensure smooth delivery of work. Perform final quality checks before submission to ensure company standards are met. Keep accurate records of project timelines, documents, and communications. Follow up on pending payments and ensure finance-related tasks are completed on time. Address operational challenges and escalate issues to management as needed. Support the onboarding and training of new freelancers or operational staff. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Prior experience in operations, coordination, or project management (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
