Female - Operations Executive for a Start-up firm at the following location MULUND, MUMBAI

Robocation Edutech Private Limited is the most advanced educational platform that aims to bring all Educators and Learners to a highly immersive LAB.

Roles & Responsibilities -

Overseeing the day-to-day activity of our learning facilitators at schools
Having an occasional word with your users to gauge their satisfaction levels.
Ensuring proper onboarding of every school on the platform is seen through.
Managing all communication with schools and the coordinator, and the Sales Team.
Answering general queries on calls and emails on an ad hoc basis.
Escalating critical issues to management or related teams for immediate resolutions.

Ideal Candidate

You possess a Degree and have at least 3 year of experience working in a formal workspace.
You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using MS Word, basic Excel and PowerPoint are required along with a handling emails.
You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
You also possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle critical situation with composure is required for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
