Human Resource Executive

You will be working as an HR Executive at Safety Projects Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. As an HR Executive, your key responsibilities will include: - Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues - Managing the recruitment and selection process - Being responsible for the complete employee lifecycle from hire to retire - Keeping track of PAN India employee attendance - Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system - Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization - Nurturing a positive working environment - Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics - Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management Qualifications/Skills required for this role: - Proven working experience as an HR Executive - Degree in Human Resources or related field - People-oriented and results-driven - Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - Knowledge of legal compliances and HR best practices At Safety Projects Pvt Ltd, we are Safety Solution Providers who share our expertise and deliver top-notch personal safety products and industrial equipment.,
