As a Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve screening applications, selecting qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, overseeing interview preparation, and assisting in conducting interviews with managers, directors, and stakeholders. As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
