Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise

  on-ground drone and DGPS survey operations

  , ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Plan and supervise

  drone flying

  missions for survey, mapping, and inspection projects as per operational plans.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee field missions, managing

  team logistics and daily task execution

• Coordinate with

  clients and internal technical teams

  to align scope, expectations, and deliverables.
• Ensure

  formal and timely communication

  to clients with project progress reports, field updates, and milestone status.
• Manage

  permissions and regulatory approvals

  required for drone flying and ground survey activities.
• Perform quality checks of field data, ensure proper documentation, and resolve field-level operational issues.
• Act as the

  first point of contact

  for operational troubleshooting during field assignments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in drone flying, DGPS survey, and aerial mapping/inspection projects.
• Skilled in

  operating drones

  (multi-rotor and fixed-wing preferred) and handling DGPS/GNSS equipment.
• Good understanding of

  survey protocols

  , mission planning tools, and GCP collection methods.
• Strong

  team supervision, coordination, and communication skills

  .
• Experience in

  client handling

  , project tracking, and formal reporting.
• Comfortable with frequent travel to field sites, including rural and urban locations.
• DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate.
