Position: Sales Business Development Executive Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales, generating new business opportunities, and closing business deals efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to understand customer needs within the IT services industry. Key Responsibilities Convert qualified leads into successful sales. Generate new business requirements from domestic and international markets. Identify potential clients and build strong long-term relationships. Present and promote IT services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.). Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to nurture prospects. Create proposals, presentations, and business documents for clients. Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead and sales data. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover. Achieve monthly sales and deal closure targets. Represent the company during client visits or meetings when required.
