Business Development Specialist

As a Business Growth Manager in SEO and Digital Marketing at Growing Pro Technologies, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities in digital marketing services. Your responsibilities will include implementing effective online marketing and sales strategies, engaging with potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and closing deals to achieve business targets. You will also collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams to align client needs with service offerings and gain hands-on exposure to SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and other digital marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities in digital marketing services. - Implement effective online marketing and sales strategies. - Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions. - Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve business targets. - Maintain accurate lead data, sales reports, and client records. - Collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams to align client needs with service offerings. - Gain hands-on exposure to SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and other digital marketing solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree (BBA, MBA, or any relevant field). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal). - High energy, self-motivation, and a strong desire to learn and grow. - Keen interest in digital marketing, SEO, and business development. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Willingness to work in the US Shift (Night Shift).
