Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Speaker Acquisition with a strong background in speaker and delegate engagement for international conferences and summits. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working UK shift hours, with a willingness to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and secure senior-level speakers and delegates for international conferences and summits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and professionals to ensure high-quality participation.

• Manage all aspects of speaker and delegate coordination to ensure seamless event execution.

• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align outreach efforts with event goals and timelines.

• Participate in on-site event execution including logistics, speaker support, and stakeholder management.

• Adapt to UK shift hours in accordance with global event schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in speaker acquisition, delegate outreach, event management, or similar roles.

• Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
