Join one of India’s leading media and event organizations, Elets Technomedia (since 2003) , as we expand our flagship Banking & Finance (BFSI) event portfolio for 2025. We’re looking for a dynamic and research-driven professional to lead speaker acquisition for our upcoming national conferences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging industry trends, hot topics, and thought leadership themes in BFSI. (Optional) Assist in shaping conference agendas and content strategies in line with market insights. Identify, reach out to, and onboard high-profile speakers and subject matter experts from the Banking & Finance sector. Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, production) to ensure seamless execution of speaker sessions Education and Skill set : 1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field 2. 6+months experience as a Conference Producer or speaker acquisition, preferably in Marketing, Fintech, CIO, Insurance, Technology, Banking, etc. 3. In-depth knowledge of conference production processes and best practices 4. Strong research and analytical skills to identify industry trends and topics 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with speakers and stakeholders 6. Exceptional project management abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously 7.
