Senior WhatsApp Marketing Executive (International)Location: Work From Office / NoidaDepartment: MarketingExperience Required: 3+ years in WhatsApp or Messaging-based MarketingEmployment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We seek an experienced and results-driven Senior WhatsApp Marketing Executive to lead our international outreach and engagement campaigns using WhatsApp Business tools. This role drives B2B and B2C lead generation, nurtures customer relationships, and boosts conversions through personalized messaging strategies in international markets. Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and execute international WhatsApp broadcast and drip campaigns.Segment and manage large contact lists for geo-targeted and interest-based communication.Set up automation flows using tools like WATI.io, Zoko, WA Sender, or WhatsApp API platforms.Craft engaging and compliant WhatsApp message templates, keeping brand tone and regional sensitivities in mind.Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to align messaging with lead funnels.Monitor campaign performance: response rates, conversions, CTR, and ROI.Maintain compliance with WhatsApp Business policies and GDPR/international regulations.Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging effectiveness and open rates.Research and implement WhatsApp-based engagement strategies for different global markets (US, UK, UAE, etc.). Required Skills:Proven experience in WhatsApp or messaging-based marketing (international experience preferred).Proficiency in using platforms like WATI, Zoko, WA Web Tools, or CRM-integrated WhatsApp tools.Strong understanding of audience segmentation and behavioral targeting.Excellent written communication skills in English (other languages a plus).Analytical mindset with experience in using analytics/reporting tools.Knowledge of lead generation strategies, particularly for IT, SaaS, or services industries. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.Familiarity with international B2B markets and customer behavior.Experience integrating WhatsApp with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
