Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Business Development Specialist located

in the Mohali district. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads to expand the company's client base. They will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends to provide actionable insights for revenue growth and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Handle outbound lead generation calls professionally
  • Provide accurate product/service information to the customers/clients
  • Maintain customer interaction records and follow up accordingly
  • Follow products information calling scripts and company guidelines
  • Meet productivity, quality & customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, develop strategies, and optimize business performance
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging clients, presenting solutions, and collaborating with team members
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and expand the client base
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to build and sustain long-term client relationships
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

:
  • Excellent & fluent communication in English
  • Strong articulation and comprehension skills
  • Ability to handle lead-generation monthly targets
