Business Development Executive/Manager – US Healthcare RCM

💼 Experience: 3-6 Yrs

📍 Location: Mohali, Punjab (Night Shift, On-site)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified business leads through research, networking, and outreach across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events).
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in US Healthcare RCM.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with healthcare providers, physician groups, and billing companies.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
• Deliver impactful client presentations, lead negotiations, and finalize contracts.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development in US Healthcare RCM or any US-based business development (B2B / BPO / KPO).
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Proven expertise in lead generation and pipeline management.
• E

  xcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the US market.

• Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.

🔹 Preferred (good to have):

• Strong knowledge of RCM services (medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management, etc.)
