About HitFame: HitFame is India’s first AI-powered career platform for the entertainment industry—connecting aspiring and professional actors, singers, models, photographers, influencers, and creators with real work opportunities, casting calls, artist bookings, and brand deals. As we scale, we are looking for passionate interns to support our sales and marketing functions and gain hands-on experience in the startup ecosystem. Role Overview: This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and entertainment technology . You will contribute to increasing platform visibility, driving user acquisition, generating leads, closing premium subscriptions, and supporting brand and talent collaborations. Key Responsibilities: 🎯 Sales Support & Lead Conversion Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential users and clients (individuals, influencers, companies) Support the team in selling HitFame Premium and Lead Packages Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, emails, and calls to convert them into paying customers Assist in talent and celebrity booking queries by coordinating with the sales team 📈 Marketing & Promotions Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, influencer promotions, and collaborations Conduct market research to identify new target audiences, competition analysis, and platform positioning Help create content calendars, digital marketing materials, and basic creatives (optional if skilled) 📲 User Growth & App Downloads Contribute to increasing app downloads through digital outreach, referral campaigns, and activation strategies Onboard and guide new users through the app features and premium offerings 📢 Brand Communication & PR Support Help in outreach to media houses, digital publications, and PR influencers Draft communication material and assist in brand collaborations or offline events 🧩 Reporting & Coordination Track and report campaign results, lead conversions, and user feedback to the leadership team Coordinate between sales and marketing teams to align efforts with strategic goals Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written English & Hindi) Strong interest in sales, influencer marketing, and media/entertainment space Social media savvy – knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging trends Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to take initiative in a startup environment Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Excel, or any CRM is a plus (not mandatory) Prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer care will be an added advantage What You'll Gain: Certificate of Internship Real-world experience in sales and marketing within the entertainment-tech domain Direct exposure to high-impact startup work and leadership team Letter of Recommendation (performance-based) Possibility of Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance Networking opportunities with creators, influencers, casting teams, and industry professionals Loction: New Delhi Show more Show less
