We're rapidly growing and looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to fuel our next phase of expansion. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role demands hands-on execution across paid campaigns, social media, performance marketing, SEO/ASO, and lead generation . You’ll be a key contributor to user growth, revenue generation, and brand visibility across India and international markets. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Performance & Paid Marketing Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn Optimize ad spend with a focus on low CPI and high-quality lead generation Implement remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and more 🔹 Social Media & Branding Manage and grow HitFame’s social presence across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Collaborate with content teams to create viral and branded content Execute influencer and creator collaborations to boost downloads and user engagement 🔹 Lead Generation & Revenue Growth Develop campaigns targeting potential premium subscribers, artist booking leads, and event participants Drive marketing automation funnels through email, WhatsApp, and in-app engagement tools Align campaigns with revenue KPIs and support sales pipelines with qualified leads 🔹 SEO & ASO Conduct keyword research and optimize website and app store presence (Google Play & App Store) Improve organic visibility and traffic via on-page/off-page SEO Optimize app listing to boost search visibility and downloads 🔹 AI & MarTech Tools Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Copy.ai, and analytics platforms to streamline campaign planning and execution Suggest innovative tools and automation frameworks for improving marketing efficiency Key Requirements: 2–5 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in B2C apps or entertainment/startup domains Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, ASO tools, Mailchimp, WhatsApp API, Google Analytics Strong knowledge of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and conversion strategy Ability to analyze data and performance reports to drive decisions Self-starter mindset with a high sense of ownership Excellent communication and project management skills Bonus Points If You Have: Experience working with talent platforms, creator economy products, or entertainment apps Experience scaling apps from 0 to 100K+ downloads Creative mindset and video campaign ideation experience What We Offer: Opportunity to work at one of the most innovative entertainment-tech startups High-growth environment with direct impact on user growth and revenue Creative freedom and a culture of innovation Access to premium AI marketing tools and mentorship from experienced leadership Location : - New Delhi Show more Show less
