We're now looking to expand our Artist Relations & Talent Success Team by hiring an experienced Artist Management Specialist . Role Overview: As an Artist Management Specialist , your core responsibility is to manage and nurture relationships with artists, celebrities, creators, and influencers on the platform. You will act as a bridge between the talent and industry opportunities—ensuring a seamless experience, maximizing revenue opportunities, and increasing satisfaction and retention of our premium users. Key Responsibilities: 🎭 Talent Onboarding & Relationship Management Onboard emerging and established artists, influencers, and entertainers onto the HitFame platform Guide artists through profile optimization, premium features, and portfolio building Maintain long-term relationships with high-value users, ensuring engagement and loyalty 🎤 Artist Success & Growth Drive visibility and opportunity for premium artists by connecting them to casting calls, gigs, brand deals, and collaborations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure artists are featured in campaigns, reels, and shoutouts Act as a career advisor for artists – recommend next steps to grow visibility and bookings 💼 Bookings & Deal Closures Respond to artist and celebrity booking queries, converting them into successful transactions Liaise with clients, casting companies, and event organizers to match artists with the right opportunities Negotiate deals, close contracts, and coordinate deliverables on both artist and client sides 📈 Revenue & Package Sales Upsell premium packages to artists by showcasing the value and success stories Help convert free users into paid subscribers through one-on-one calls and success roadmaps Drive monetization by linking artists with paid opportunities and leads via the platform 🤝 Partnerships & Collaboration Build connections with talent agencies, PR firms, influencers, and production houses to strengthen the talent network Identify collaboration opportunities with industry stakeholders for artist promotions or activations 📊 Performance Reporting Maintain dashboards on artist activity, earnings, and opportunity conversion Provide weekly insights to the leadership team on artist satisfaction and growth strategies Key Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years experience in artist management, talent coordination, influencer marketing, or related roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi) Strong negotiation skills and a problem-solving mindset Knowledge of the entertainment industry, casting process, influencer ecosystem, and brand collaborations Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRM systems, social media platforms, and portfolio apps Strong network of creators, influencers, or talent agents is a plus What We Offer: Opportunity to work with top creators, influencers, and rising stars in entertainment Fast-paced, innovative work environment with direct access to leadership Performance-based incentives & bonuses High-impact role with visibility and career growth within the company Location : New Delhi Show more Show less
