Role Overview:

Celebrity & Female Talent Manager

This role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for entertainment and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Celebrity & Artist Booking Management

• Handle all incoming queries for

  celebrity/influencer bookings

  for events, brand deals, appearances, and digital collaborations
• Work closely with clients and agencies to

  convert leads into bookings

• Prepare

  quotations, proposals

  , and manage negotiations with professionalism and confidence

Relationship Building & Outreach

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with

  celebrities, influencers, female artists, talent managers, PR agencies, and entertainment companies

• Personally

  approach celebrities to join the HitFame app

  and get them involved in strategic campaigns
• Onboard and manage a roster of

  influential female talent and public personalities

Collaboration & Partnership Strategy

• Work on

  brand collaborations, music video features, appearance campaigns

  , and in-app content
• Identify mutually beneficial collaborations between artists and the HitFame platform
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution and post-campaign deliverables

Talent Engagement & Travel

• Accompany artists for shoots, appearances, or events when required
• Be available for

  on-ground coordination

  and ensure professional representation of HitFame
• Act as a

  point-of-contact for all talent-related needs

  across onboarding, engagement, and project execution

Requirements:

• 3–6 years

  of experience in

  celebrity management, influencer marketing, or entertainment agency roles

• Strong understanding of the

  celebrity ecosystem, influencer economy

  , and how talent partnerships work
• Existing connections and relationships in the

  media and entertainment industry

  are highly desirable
• Confident communicator with excellent

  negotiation and presentation skills

• Fluent in

  English and Hindi

  ; well-spoken, presentable, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to

  travel with artists and handle end-to-end coordination

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and close high-value deals independently
• Passionate about media, entertainment, and the creator economy
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with

  mobile apps, entertainment startups, or casting platforms

• Knowledge of influencer pricing, digital deliverables, and media kits
• Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Excel for client tracking and reporting
