1.Identify and onboard regional music artists and performers for the IP.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, and labels.
3.Coordinate artist schedules, rehearsals, logistics, and performance deliverables.
4.Manage the show calendar and venue bookings across multiple cities.
5.Handle venue negotiations, contracts, and technical requirements.
6.Collaborate with marketing teams to drive influencer-led campaigns promoting the IP.
7.Source, brief, and coordinate regional influencers and content creators for show promotions.
8.Create engaging digital campaigns and artist-influencer collaborations.
9.Act as the main liaison between artists, and internal teams.
10.Present artist lineups, creative concepts, and promotional strategies.
11.Ensure timely updates, approvals, and smooth communication during execution.
12.Work with creative and production teams to design memorable live experiences.
13.Stay updated on regional music trends, emerging talent, and audience preferences.
14.Manage budgets for artists, venues, and marketing activities.
15.Track expenses, performance reports, and ROI of each show or campaign.
16.Support PR and media outreach for artist features and IP visibility.
17.Uphold the brand tone and consistency of the music IP across all platforms.
Candidates should have strong networking skills, knowledge of regional music and influencer ecosystems, experience in artist or event management, excellent communication and coordination abilities, creativity in campaign ideation, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders efficiently.
