Always ready with our laptops and a spare set of clothes, we love what we do!Know Us Morehttps://gobeep.in/https://www.instagram.com/beepexperience Role OverviewThe position of Manager Client Servicing will be based in Bangalore and reports directly to the Head Client Servicing.Key Functions and ResponsibilitiesCapturing and exploring all business opportunities.Provide timely responses and deliver excellent client service for inquiries and ongoing projects.Travel and attend meetings with prospective clients as per business needs.Adhere to the company's client registration process for new clients.Manage accounts transition to the project manager.Build strong relationships with existing clients and explore additional opportunities for growth.Keep the creative team updated on credentials, showreels, website, newsletters, and other marketing tools.Active participation in conceptualization and ideation sessionsOnsite event execution PrerequisiteThe ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree, with an MBA being an added advantage. The role is focused on clients, requiring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically within the event industry. Essential SkillsThe role involves assisting the creative development process, It also includes managing the end-to-end development of pitch presentations in collaboration with the Design and Operations Teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that client budgets are adhered to while maintaining profit margins. Personal QualitiesThe candidate must demonstrate a high level of organizational skills with the ability to plan, think critically, act decisively, and evaluate situations effectively. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities are essential. Excellent communication skills, along with a proactive, organized, and self-driven approach, are required. The candidate should be willing to travel both domestically and internationally as needed. Additionally, good leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills are key attributes for this role.
