Event Manager

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and manage corporate events from concept to closure
• Prepare event timelines, run-of-show, and production checklists
• Oversee on-ground execution, rehearsals, and show flow

Client Servicing

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Understand client objectives and translate them into event solutions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and recce visits

Vendor & Production Management

• Coordinate with vendors (sound, light, LED, fabrication, artists, hotels, logistics)
• Negotiate costs and ensure quality delivery
• Supervise technical setups, stage design, and branding execution

Budgeting & Commercials

• Prepare and manage event budgets and quotations
• Ensure cost control and profitability
• Coordinate with accounts for billing, POs, and closures

Team Coordination

• Lead and manage internal teams and freelancers
• Allocate responsibilities and ensure smooth communication
• Handle last-minute challenges with confidence and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
