Mapping of client. Understanding the structure of the client side and having a structure of the entire business units with the client. Ensuring 100% familiarity on the Wings Credentials. To be capable to handle client meetings alone. To have good Presentation skills and knowledge on costing. To be capable to make a presentation and costs. Sending out the service report on the same day as the meeting. Assisting in Preparing Costing, Budget sheets, closure reports. Understanding to give the creative brief to the designer. Being on site at all times during and before an event/ activity to learn the technical equipment and fabrication part of the event / activation. Making the Post Event Report and ensuring the client gets the event pictures and videos with the event sticker on it within 48hours of the event.
