Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies and plans, and managing sales pipelines. They will also be tasked with conducting market research, creating proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires collaborating with various departments to drive business goals and deliver top-notch services to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong market research, analysis, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals
• Proficiency in proposal creation and client satisfaction management
• Experience in marketing solutions, especially in digital, rural, and retail marketing
• Relevant Bachelor's degree is preferred; an MBA is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
